22-03-2007:ANCASTA’S EASTER WEEKEND OF BOATING EVENTS

Ancasta, Europe’s largest boat sales network, is holding three separate used boat shows, in three prime south coast locations, over the Easter period to launch the start of the 2007 sailing season. The events, in Port Hamble, Hamble-Mercury and Port Solent, take place from 6 – 9 April.

With the boating season fast approaching, the series of boat shows over the Easter weekend will give buyers, sellers and interested visitors the opportunity to browse and compare over 100 models of used boats.

ABYA (Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents) qualified professionals will also be available to advise on the right boat for the buyers’ requirements as well as providing expert advice and information on all brokerage issues, registration, valeting, servicing, tuition, winterisation services, berthing and maintenance. Visitors to the show will also be able to benefit from special financial show packages and advice from the Bank of Scotland on upgrading a present boat or financing a new one.

Ancasta’s Used Boat Shows have been successful key events in matching sellers with buyers for the past 21 years. Visitors can view a range of power, cruising and day sailing boats in a relaxed atmosphere at the marina locations. Models at the Easter Weekend include a 2006/07 Beneteau Oceanis 50, 2005 Fairline Phantom 40, 2004 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40.3, Beneteau Oceanis 36 CC’s, Beneteau Oceanis 473, 2003 Swan 77, Grand Soleil 46.3, Rodman 1250, J 109, Sealine S34, Scorpion 8.5m RIB, Storebro 500 and a Weymouth 51, plus many more.

If the boat of your dreams is not on the water at the Easter Weekend, visitors will also have access to Ancasta’s database of over 1,300 boats.
