What the ADPR team are looking forward to post-lockdown

The lockdown has presented its challenges to us as a nation, not only for businesses but for all of us personally too. We have gathered some of the ADPR team’s thoughts on what we are most looking forward to doing post-lockdown! Please share with us whatever you are looking forward to doing too!

Kate O’Sullivan – Managing Director

“The thing I’m looking forward to the most about coming out of lockdown is being able to give my loved ones a HUUUUGE hug. I’m also itching to get to the sea. I’m surrounded by beautiful scenery where I live in Somerset, but I really miss my visits to the beautiful coastline in Cornwall and can’t wait to get back there!”

“Like many people I’m looking forward to seeing friends and family and giving them all a HUGE hug! I cannot wait to see them in person again, but even more so I cannot wait for our children to see them. It’s been a tough balancing act explaining to our 5 and 3-year-old that they can’t visit their grandparents or see their friends at school and pre-school, but also that they shouldn’t be too worried about what’s happening.

I’m also looking forward to seeing my Bootcamp family in person again. Our trainer has been incredible at setting up virtual classes where we all get to see each other online and train together, but it’s just not the same as flipping tyres together in the park!

As a parent of young children meals out with the other half were rare anyway, but I think we’ll appreciate them all the more after lockdown!”

Sophie Foyle – Operations and Business Development Director

“Like everyone, I am really looking forward to seeing my family, including my sister and parents. I am also really keen to meetup with my girl friends to go for coffee, have a good old catch up and enjoy some retail therapy  as clothes shopping online just isn’t the same!”

Liberty Ash – Account Manager

“I’m looking forward to meeting up with all my friends and going for a BBQ at the beach, spending time with my family, and for when we can go on holiday again!

Kira Daly – Public Relations Apprentice

“Post-lockdown, I am particularly looking forward to seeing my grandparents and giving them a very big hug! Also, being able to see my girl friends on the weekends again, going to nice spots for a drink or bite to eat, and of course (non-virtual) shopping too! I can’t wait to have that human interaction back again, being a very sociable person it really isn’t easy being cooped up indoors all day!”
