Helly Hansen Named Official Clothing Partner to Sunsail
Global yacht charter company, Sunsail is delighted to announce a new partnership with Helly Hansen, the global technical sailing brand founded in Norway in 1877.
As the exclusive clothing partner to Sunsail in the UK and globally to Sunsail Holidays, Events and Schools, Helly Hansen will provide technical kits for customers, skippers and employees onboard Sunsail yachts and at events. The technical clothing brand will also support with clothing for media events and experiences.
Both brands uphold the highest level of quality and performance and the partnership will support Sunsail’s ethos to provide the best possible sailing experience for everyone onboard – starting with the delivery of 150 of Helly Hansen’s classic Pier Jackets and Pier Pants. The lightweight coastal gear will provide full protection for all of Sunsail’s crew and customers onboard the new luxury Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 41.0 fleet in the UK.
As a further extension of the partnership, Sunsail’s acclaimed Sunsail Racing Series will now be known as the Helly Hansen Sunsail Racing Series, with Helly Hansen sponsoring all seven rounds throughout the year in the Solent.
