Eleiko develop the next generation of training equipment with insight from Loughborough University
Loughborough University, the world’s leading sports university, are working alongside Eleiko, the leading strength equipment developer, to enhance the lifting experience for athletes competing at the highest levels.
July 30, 2021 – Eleiko is pleased to announce a developmental relationship with Loughborough University. The agreement is an ongoing collaboration between the two organisations and harnesses the huge depth of experience and expertise within Loughborough. It forms a natural partnership, with Eleiko and Loughborough both having a long history of dedication to sport development and supporting athletes to reach their full potential.
Loughborough is globally recognised as the world’s leading university for sport with multiple World, Olympic and Paralympic champions calling its campus their home. With a six-decade track record, Eleiko is the world’s most trusted supplier of strength and conditioning equipment.
The relationship includes joint initiatives around product development, athlete training and product testing. Several ongoing Eleiko development projects for elite sport are being worked on in collaboration with Loughborough and its coaches. These products will then be tested by athletes and proven in the university’s world-class, high-performance facilities.
