Positioning the Met Office
Working as an extension of the in-house team to promote the Met Office’s experience in the renewables sector
See the resultsThe press trip for the launch of our new Targa 43 OPEN was a great success and I am thrilled with the resulting media coverage. From the organisation of the event to securing coverage in key titles, ADPR really went above and beyond to ensure the event ran smoothly and was enjoyable for all.
We researched and carefully selected the most relevant media targets from across the world, while also planning the logistics, with Fairline’s overall aims and budget firmly in mind. Fairline decided upon beautiful La Napoule in France, a location that would allow journalists to truly experience the comfort, performance and luxury of the Targa 43 OPEN. ADPR managed the entire event logistics including flights, transfers, luxury hotels and restaurants, before designing detailed personal itineraries, including catering to the specific and sometimes rigorous testing requirements of the different titles.
An ADPR team member attended the week-long event and assisted with hosting the journalists, helping the client with tasks and ensuring the itineraries were adhered to as closely as possible. After each journalist had experienced the Targa 43 OPEN, ADPR provided them with supporting press material in print and digital form, ensuring they had all of the information needed to compile detailed follow up coverage.
