Client: Claims Consortium Group

Industry specialist awards

Bringing insurance claims to life with award entries

The Challenge

Claims Consortium Group provides claims handling services and claims workflow technologies to insurers, brokers and other property service organisations across the UK. Working in such a competitive industry means it is critical to maximise opportunities to showcase what sets Claims Consortium Group apart, and awards are the perfect way to do this.

“The entire team at ADPR have been fantastic to work with. They are incredibly adaptable and flexible and always deliver to the highest standard. I have been really impressed with how quickly they were able to understand the complexities of the insurance sector and our business operations. They have produced absolutely first-class work (even when up against some extremely challenging deadlines!) Awards are a key part of our marketing activity and the work they do for us provides great exposure and allows us to really showcase our business in a meaningful way.”

Ruth Graves, PR & Marketing Manager for Claims Consortium Group

The Solution

Having been lucky enough to have work with the Claims Consortium Group team for a while, we know the brand well and have a good understanding of their highly innovative technologies and systems, as well as personally knowing what outstanding work the team does for its clients! Working closely with the Marketing Manager, we draft award entries that bring the amazing team at Claims Consortium Group to life, showing how their efforts really make a difference to the lives of their policyholders.

The Results

Over the last few years, we have developed carefully crafted award entries, which showcase the significant impact Claims Consortium Group’s proprietary technologies and outstanding customer service has on its clients (insurance companies) and the lives of their customers (policy holders).

Since we started working together, we have drafted 18 award applications for Claims Consortium Group across a broad spectrum of categories including individual commitment, exceptional customer service and care, diversity and inclusion, technical developments and sector specific cases. We tell their story through interviewing key members of the Claims Consortium Group team to understand how they have made a difference, by understanding each award application process and liaising with the organisers, as well as creating and developing supporting assets, and managing each application process.

In the last year, Claims Consortium Group has been shortlisted for nine industry awards – including the Insurance Post Awards, Institute of Customer Service Awards, UK Employee Experience Awards and the Amazon.co.uk Business Leader Magazine Scale Up Awards 2020.
